I had ordered a designer gown for women (Order no.208298) on june 1, 2018 but received a cheap saree by courier instead. It was by cash on delivery. I paid rs746.90 for the same. I need the gown i ordered originally to be delivered to me and the saree collected or my money refunded. Kindly confirm which of the above can be done and how to register the complaint with the company...

Hell Sir! This is Ishika Sinha. I had ordered a triviyaa designer lahanga for women through order no 209241 on 1st june 2018. I have recived the parcel and when i opened it the item delivered is not the item i oredered.
It is very unfortunate that trivuyaa is committing such mistakes and disatisfaying the customers.

I had ordered a triviyaa designer gown for women through order no 3131567 on 13.06.2018. I have received the parcel on 18.06.2018 and when i opened it the item delivered is not the item i ordered.
It is very unfortunate that triviyaa is committing such mistakes and dissatisfying the customers.

But when i get the delivery it is totally different as per i order... Everything is different, color and all... And it is not kurti it is saree...

No action has been taken till date by triviyya company. V disappointing there is no phone no. To contact with n even after filling a complaint here in consumer complaints forum no response... It seems there is no use of submitting complaints here as i have seen no complaints resolved here. Pl take action against such fake sites other wise people will lose faith from online shopping...

Ordered a designer pretty kurti last week from triviyaa. The cost mentioned was 531. Today we received the delivery and it was a cheap saree that would not even cost rs.100.
I have just gone through other complaints and seems that everyone had the same issue.
I urge the government to take immediate action against these bogus and cheaters. They deserve imprisonment and shut down of this business....
