Truecaller — electricity bill

I have paid electricity payment via truecaller app but my transaction has been failed and my amount has been debited in my account. I have call to customers care for truecaller i have told me remaining amount has been deducted and then full amount has been credited in my account but they have no amount in my account. Upi reference number[protected] and bbps transaction id-ic[protected] kindly humble request you to take these steps to take my money as soon as possible...

I have made a recharge of 100/- on my no.[protected] throughout true caller my transection id is S8493517 and you ref no. Is[protected]. Of date 27.3.2019. my recharge have failed and I send many mail to truecaller support but till now 12.4.2019 my amount is not refund. Totally fraud truecaller.

I have paid 1900 for airtel postpaid connection on 25th Feburary the payment Has not gone airtel Party . Last week u said it will come to Account but still I have not got the money I am gone launching complaint you guys in consumer court .pls reply to this immediately
