Hello,
On 28th of december'17 i raised a ticket, (Ticket no: 312206) on behalf of my company as the names and the details provided on their database of our company was either incorrect or incomplete.
They reverted with an automated mail but that was the end of the discussion. No further effort was taken form their side to even mail us back or get in touch with us by any means of communication.
I also provided them with necessary documents to prove that we are currently using the lines but in vain.
It is not the first time that we have approached to them with this request.
The first time we contacted them was on 16th of november'17, ticket number 285882, on 17th of november'17 one of their officials name "kim long" contacted us via mail but no development was made.
We again raised a ticket on 21st of november'17, ticket number: 289304, this time after sometime another of their official named kamran mamedi revert us asking us to wait for 24 hours on that same day, 21st of november;17 they sent a mail that the issue was resolved and they sent us a feedback mail. But nothing happened
I would request the concern authority to please look into the matter as this miss representation miscommunication made by truecaller is basically
Hampering our brand image and causing issues in procurement of new business opportunities.
