Truecaller — my name shown in a derogatory way on the app when i do not have an account

Dear team,

I called my teacher on 30/8/19 at 19:45pm. Before this, i did not have this app. My name on my teacher's phone appeared as "unlucky [my name]". I feel very uncomfortable. My number and truecaller caller name was somehow manipulated, even when i do jot have an account on the app. Please deal with this breach of my security urgently.
