I got new meter as previous meter was burnt. After installing new meter the reading for 1st month got rupees 75 as we use for few led lights and fan for servant quarter and in the month of June 2022 and to my surprise next month i.e.on July 2022 I got electricity bill of rupees 3, 227. I used to get bill around 250 per month
I have sent my person to electricity A.E. office in medchal. But A.E sashikumar Reddy never responds or lifts the call . At last I have given written complaint on 5th August 2022 that I am getting wrong bill and requested him to send some one to repair or replace meter for which A.E. acknowledged but never sent anyone or replied even after visiting electricity dept 10 times. So I thought they will come and sortout but to my surprise A.E. Shashikumar Reddy sent person to disconnect the meter for not paying electricity bill. This is very illegal as I complained and sent person morethan 10 times to A.E. office but he was negligent. I request officials to take strict action on such type of negligent and careless employee. I feel like they are blackmailing by threatening to disconnect the power. What is my fault? I have given complaint and waiting for them to resolve it but they never turnup instead threatened me to disconnect the electriclty for my home and also told me that they will disconnect another meter also where I am paying regularly and sincerely. Kindly see that meter is replaced at earliest.
