Ttd Online Booking — Refund for of amount , my ticket was not booked bt amount was diducted

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Niranjanamurthy . I have booked a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on[protected] for 6 members Rs 1800. One Transaction got failed and i did not receive the ticket to email or to my ttd account. But the money was deducted from my UPI ID . I called customer care and i informed them about this and they told its failure from Merchant Site(TTD). Again i booked the ticket on the same day and it got success and i received the mail from TTD with the ticket. So please refund my Rs1800 to my credit account for my unsuccessful transaction.And for your refeence Booking Reference No. IDJ[protected]. Thanks, Niranjanamurthy D
