Right from the beginning tui service was appalling. Wait on the phone forever, never the right department and never any information. They cancelled my cruise eventually 1 week before 11/03. To date i still have not had my paypal refund some 8 days later. Excuse a separate department you can't talk to and we have an issue getting money to paypal. Didn't have an issue taking it. Paypal say one touch of a button. Tui just hanging onto money. Disgrace, don't ever book with them Was this information helpful? |
