Right from the start phone service appalling. Can't get through, not right department and no information. They cancelled my cruise 11/03. To date no paypal refund. Problem getting the money back but no issue taking it. Paypal say one touch of a button but this separate department you can't talk to clueless. Just holding onto my money.
