Bharti axa company employs was come to our home arround 4years ago and they give my mother policy and said that anytime any happen with my mother then sum assured will be paid to me.but after 4years when my mother was dead than they talk to me that this is your policy not your mother.how can this possible .i had cheted from bharti axa.they have froud with me.. pls.do needfull for this. policy numbers is (1)[protected] my mother is 23/02/2015 death. pls settlement my death claim company not answer me.(bharti axalife insurance company naranpura branch ahmedabad).
