Hello sir/ ma'am,

My name is ambreen fatema... We have purchased ntorq in yellow colour from port blair (Andaman and nicobar islands) through sai leela motors for around ₹ 84000. We were asked to collect the vehicle after about 10 days from the date of payment. When we went to the showroom to collect our bike, we noticed it had some scratches near the head light, faded colour on 10-12 inches on one side of the bike and rust/ corrosion on the exhaust cover also. Therefore, we brought this to the notice of the sales executive and denied collecting the bike.in response to our complaint about these things, the sales girl said it had arrived in this condition from the manufacturing plant and it's not her mistake. We asked her to let us have a word with the manager so that we can resolve this, but this was completely denied, both in person and over telephone...

After that, it has been more than three days that no effort has been made to inform us about the status of progress on our complaint. The staff at sai leela motors has not contacted us at all... Me and my husband both tried calling on the manager's and showroom's no... Which they don't pick up... Today, the staff at tvs realised that we are not letting the matter go easily and hence blocked our numbers.

This makes me come to the conclusion that tvs customers get all the attention from the staff when the payment is due. But once the money had been received, nobody bothers to even take care of the vehicle till it gets delivered...!!!
We still have not received any communication from the dealer about our bike.
Please note: the money was transferred on 29 sep 18 and delivery was on 11 oct 18 which is still due!!!

Kindly look into the matter. Thanking you for a prompt and proper action in anticipation..!

    charged illegal facilitation charges on scooty pep +

    I bought a new scooty pep + on 14-oct-2018 from susheel tvs, kphb road, hyderabad. They charged me total 57500 rs.in this they have taken 1600 rs as facilitation charges. I was not aware what these charges are. Later i checked and got to know that these charges are illegal and should not be charged to customer. I got to know that in a similar case with hyundai motors, two show rooms cancelled in bengaluru.

    I have got cracks in my headlamp at first it was small but now i see a lot of cracks when touched from outside its is smooth as glass but the cracks are visible and looks like its broken im worried, when i asked the dealer about it they say its due to heat created by the bulb, im not satisfied i need a proper explanation why is it happening

        I have purchased tvs scooty pep+ on 26/09/2018 in lakshmi tvs showroom in bellary, they told that they will give invoice and insurance copy with in two days but they will not gave, they gave only invoice after 10 days and i asked insurance copy and temporary registration number for the same till now i. E 15/10/2018 there is no response from the showroom, if i asked them they are saying cock and bull stories to me. I have paid total amount so that they are doing like this???
        They are such a irregular and such a waste customer service from them, if they are like this people don't purchase tvs bikes from them. I am providing the numbers of the show room also[protected] and owner number is [protected].

[protected] हे। मेने 11 जनवरी 2018 को tvs apache 200 4v रॉयल tvs showroom से खरीदी थी तब से गाड़ी मे क्लच की प्रॉब्लम आ रही हे जब भी बाइक को एक दम से पीअप करते हे तो उसके इनज़न में से आवाज आती हे जेसे क्लच स्लिप हो गयी हो मेने हर सर्विस पर यह प्रॉब्लम बताई पर वो प्रॉब्लम आज तक ठीक नहीं हुई जिसके कारण मेरा एक्सिडेंट होते हुये भी बचा ओर 12'oct 2018 को उसकी क्लच प्लेट भी बेकार हो गयी सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने दूसरी नयी क्लच प्लेट गाड़ी मे डाल दी लेकिन वो प्रॉब्लम नहीं गयी अब आप मेरी हेल्प करे नहीं तो consumer फोरम मे इसकी कंप्लेंट बुक कर रहा हूं।

              I was gifted a tvs sport bike. Loved it but it stopped while running at 80kmph and a truck at that speed hit me from the back leading to a critical accident. I have to book a pick up and tow my bike home medical and pick up costed me 4000 rs and i raised complain they just changed a wire and coil and not a complete replacement. I almost died during that accident and these guys didn't replace the adapter.. The bike broke and they asked me to claim it and i did but the insurance did not give replacement for all the parts.. The seat tore due to the accident and the mirror we're i had to buy with money.. Tvs sport bike is not safe and can kill you.. Trust just research all your sold sport bikes 50%have the same issue... Many have paid and replaced.. Since this has cost me so much inconvenience caused i want the company to give me the best and safe bike as a compensation.. Poor customer support at deep tvs..

              With reference to your complaint number 121727 related to tvs sport. As discussed on 04.10.2018 you have claimed your vehicle under accident repair. And replaced all the parts which has cleared by insurance company.

              3 parts mirror, seat cover and footrest has not covered in vehicle, as mirror was not available in vehicle, seat cover damage not cover and in footrest only rubber was damage, for that reason only these 3 parts not covered under claim. For any further detail you can contact to insurance company on contact number [protected] (Mr. Darwan)

              The bike stopped due to manufacturing error by tvs not the insurance.. I paid the premium for insurance not tvs.

              Consumer team: personal please take a tvs sport bike and push it 15-20 km with broken parts and crying all the way no one to help me hands legs injured torn dress still tvs do not have the guts to help their customer with warranty period.. (Damm i need supreme court to stop insurance for vehicles.. Why do i pay and get insurance and they can't fix it...)

              Back to point i request to take action. And for this inconvenience i need them to pay me huge so that they can feel the loss and the pain i suffered..

                  Tvs showroom rk tvs, meerut, up. Is giving worst service. We have purchased a amc for my scooty. But has lost the bill. Today i went to rk tvs for service. They refused to do service. Why they dont have in their record with registration number and mobile number, are they doing anu fraud?. They asked to again purchase amc. They misbehaved even. They dont provide service after sales.

                  I asked that please fetch records using my mobile number or scooty registration number. But the staff misbehaved and abused us. I want strict action. Worst experience ever

                    I got my jupiter serviced last month with no. Of problems.. The speedometer wire was loose so i asked them to tighten it.., during delivery after service they said deflection in speedometer is normal, is it so? I dont agree how can one ride on the speed limit when the needle doesnt show the exact speed u r at.. My scooter was not washed.. Also, after that service the mileage has dropped marketly a full tank gets almost half with limited use till the end of the day and the mechanic says it is normal, the accelerator cable was also a little loose when i gave my scooter in for service and i asked them to fix it but nothing was done, i was just told to take the scooter and go as they were busy doing the other vehicles, as a result after 3 days my accelerator raise got loose and now almost half the throttle is free.. What should i do, rather what can i do.. I also had a quarrel with the supervisor there.. If my scooter is getting serviced isnt it my right to see it while they change the oil.. I ride my jupiter on the buddh circuit every weekend and also am a member in the team gearless club, i promote tvs so much but still the service i get here is not satisfactory.. Chandan and vishal are good people but the staff is questionable for the stuff they are doing.. I will soon sell my jupiter as it is not pleasant and switch to another brand..

                      You launch your tvs apache rtr 200 4v race edition 2.0 long ago in march 2018. Since then this bike is my love at first sight. I m trying to buy this bike from may 2018 by contacting various dealer from jalgaon district of maharashtra state and from chandigarh punjab but the dealers are failed to provide this bike to me. I really frustrated because i planed to buy this bike at least in 2018 diwali but still there is no confirmation or availability of bike. Hope tvs take this complaint seriously.

                        Poor service provided by speedwheel tvs service centre khopat, thane west

                        Have submitted my vehicle jupiter mh04 gw 9564 on 10/10/2018 and was told that you will receive vehicle tommorow. Next day i went to service centre but vehicle was not taken for servicing and was also not informed about that.
                        After that i was told that vehicle will be received tommorow by sure by evening of 12/10/2018.

                        But know one receipting call at service centre and same has not been informed about the work.

                        Very poor service is been provided by service centre. No one is concerned about this at service station.

                        Kindly do the needfull.

                        Very poor service done by service centre. Many problems are their after servicing the vehicles.
                        Vehicle not serviced properly. Pickup issue, Handle issue, no undercoating done as recommended, and many more problems.

                          I went to the showroom to buy tvs sports bike on visiting showroom i liked tvs star city plus model they said its a dual tone model top model new arrival i said ok i will buy this they billed me of dual tone model. On the next day, i got to know from company official website that it is a standard model with oscar black color. They are not providing me the dual tone model nor they are refunding me the difference.

                          They are taking[protected]+ extra on every model from the price given on the official tvs website.

                          Please help me in getting my refund or change of the bike to dual tone form the given basic model.

                              My new rr310 reg num (Tn 24 am 8554) have been purchase on 26th of july this month. Just after two months o[censored]sage my clutch wire got breaks during my way from office to home and i got hang on the middle of the road and i take it to dhiraa motors virugambakkam, chennai at 7.30pm. Today after changing clutch cable they charge rs. 720 and i shocked which is not cover under warranty. After purchasing a bike of rs. 2.5 lakhs and usage of just two months i got hang on the middle of the road and company charging me for that is very crucial thing. So my humble request is to refund my money and cover under warranty with reason why it breaks since i made proper timeline service and to check the clutch cable quality and provide good quality of cable. Hope i will receive favor solution.

                                I have bought TVS N Torq on 25th Aug 2018 and it is horrible experience with its starting trouble. No customer would want to have such issue with a newly bought bike, TVS has miserably failed in this aspect. Assuming that this will be solved through 1st service, but then this has got even worse now. Pathetic on you TVS. Never Expected.

From day 1 i am facing bike starting problem and bike is getting stopped in between while driving. I told to showroom pole they never look in to it property...
                                  One day (Within one week of bike purchase) bike has not started and show room mechanic came and took bike by pushing. When i went there showroom manager munisetty said some thermosensor coil problem and they changed. I asked them y u have given a defect bike? And showroom manager faught with me and asked me to go to consumer court very rude way.

                                  As they promised bike never worked properly and against three days ago oct 08 2018 i just missed an accident just bcoz bike got stopped in between road so, i took bike to showroom and now they changed carburettor. And they are saying you will not get any problem now.

                                  I believe in tvs company and paid 76000/- and purchased bike
                                  1. Why should i face all these problems from two months?
                                  2. Why can't company take my bike back and provide new bike?
                                  3. Why should i use a defect bike?
                                  4. If one or other day something happens to me just bcoz of this bike issues who is responsible? Will tvs company will take responsibility?

                                  Hoping tvs company will get answer to my questions and solve these issues...

                                  I have all proofs about my bike issues and what showroom people changed parts
                                  For my bike.

                                  2. Why can't company take my bike back and provide new bike?
                                  3. Why should I use a defect bike?
                                  4. If one or other day something happens to me just bcoz of this bike issues who is responsible? Will tvs company will take responsibility?

                                  Hoping TVS company will get Answer to my questions and solve these issues...

                                  I have all proofs about my bike issues and what showroom people changed parts for my bike.

                                    मेने अप्रैल 2016 में tvs की स्कूटी जुपिटर शाजापुर गुरुकृपा शोरूम से खरीदी थी।जिसमे बैटरी गाड़ी से चार्ज नही हो प् रही है और आज मैं गुरुकृपा शोरूम पर रिपेयर करवाने गया तो बोला की 1500rs लगेंगे पूरी गाड़ी की वायरिंग change होगी।मैंने बोला जिस वायर में मिस्टेक है उसे change कर दीजिये तो डीलर ने बिना गाड़ी चेक किये मुझे शोरूम से भगा दिया और बोला की मत खरीदना tvs की गाड़ी।ऐसे डीलर tvs का नाम ख़राब कर रहे है ऐसे लोगो की डीलरशिप cancel कर किसी सही व्यक्ति को देना cchahiye आप अपने dealar से संपर्क कर मेरी समस्या का समाधान कीजिये।otherwise m not purchase TVs vehicles in future.me and my friends and my relative not purchase u r company vehicles.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is Murali K, I have ordered TVS XL 100 HD and received delivery on 31/05/2018 but still, registration not yet done and no proper response from the dealer (Poongothai Automotives, TVS Dealer, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District). Daily I am walking to the dealer place and even I have paid the amount too.

                                      Kindly take this as priority and response immediately to get registration.
