I am one of your customer jitender kumar. I am using your bike last 4 yr & 5 mnth & my bike's engine was repaired under warrenty on 22/12/2018 at 34, 512.00km by aurhorized service center after i run my bike 11, 386.00 km again my enigne was damage. I cant explain how much engine was damage, agai total engine was damage again i dropped my bike to authorized service center because they didn't repaired well and agsin they are asking for. Money and they don't have manner to talk with customer, no one ready to listen, everyone ignore they think customer is fool and again saying that you have to pay for those parts which doesnot cover under the warrenty, i will not pay anything, i want my new bike, if they will not repaired this. Now i am going to tweet, facebook and email to CEO KN. Radhakrishnan at his email and also going to email to [protected]@tvsmotors.com,
