I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my TVS Jupiter Smart connect scooter, which I booked with Advance amount of 50000 on[protected] in TVS showroom. During booking all the question were asked about the SMART CONNECT vehicle and showroom staff was explained that once vehicle arrived, they will connect with smart connect and all the features will be explained. Also, they assured that Vehicle will be delivered by Maximum of 15 days from Booking date. Based on the assurance we booked the TVS JUPITER SMART CONNECT DAWN BLUE COLOUR on[protected]. After a week time we called the showroom staff about our vehicle status, they informed me that tis lot your vehicle did not come so wait for few more days. After 15 days called the same person to enquire about vehicle for delivery but they told your vehicle did not came.
On[protected], from show room called me for Vehicle arrived at showroom and pay the balance amount and submit document for registration. The same day balance amount was paid and required documents and photos were submitted for registration.
After registration they call me to take the vehicle on[protected]. I told that will come and take the vehicle on[protected] because of celebration to add my birthdate.
In[protected], we went there as whole family (with Two Kids) and checked our vehicle and found that manufacturing defect in the smart connect (Bluetooth option). The same was informed to the showroom manager and they tried almost 2 to 3 hours to connect but not solved. Then i told we cannot wait more than 3 hours, so we are not able to take the vehicle now because of fault and we informed that after addressing the fault / resolve call us to check for delivery.
Then they told that TVS staff will come and solve the issue so compelled me to take the vehicle, but I clearly stated that the defected Vehicle cannot be taken so after sort-out the smart connection issue only will check and proceed further. Given time up to[protected] for discuss with TVS company to solve the issue.
Today[protected], Called show room manager for status of Vehicle, then they told me that its a manufacturing fault and it will be solved later but you take the vehicle.
I am now reaching out to request that my complaint be registered and appropriate action be taken promptly. The delay and lack of response are causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.
I trust you will address this matter urgently and provide a satisfactory resolution.
