TVS Motor Company — Manufacturing defects in Jupiter 125

-date of incident: 20/05/22
- I want my TVS Jupiter replaced as there arrives a fault within one month of purchasing. It has been driven for 190-200 km only. My vehicle is not in running condition. I took it to the nearest TVS service centre. They said its fuse is getting exhausted while running for some 1 km approx. now they need to change the complete wiring which they ordered from Tamil Nadu which will take 10 days. Since then 12 days have passed. Now they say it will arrive on Tuesday i.e, 7th of June 2022. I have complained through TVS helpline no. two times, but the service centre is saying It is not possible to get a vehicle replaced. Kindly help me with this.
