TVS Motor Company — Regarding TVS Iqube

Dear Authority,
I have purchased TVS I cube electric bike from Saibaba TVS akurdi on date 28 march 2022.
In just 5 months there was charging issue.By facing many problems I handed over my bike to showroom on 8 November till date have not received satisfactory answer nor my bike. I called many a times to them just giving unsatisfied answers many a times they do not receive the call even .. regardless by continuous follow up they are just saying we cant do anything part is not available.. nor giving the date when i will receive my bike.. I have selled my petrol bike and purchased yours despite going words of family and friends.. please help me out as early as possible...
