TVS Motor Company — tvs apache 180 and the employer staff

I have purchased apache 180 dual abs on 29 october 2019. I am facing many problems with this bike the engine is making so much noise and there is a rust near the chasis number. They have not given me the service book when i have purchased the bike and when i went there for the service book the dealer has no sense of talking. And after few days also i am facing speedometer problem. Please take strict action and i have also complaint against them
