We brought the TVS Ntorq bike on 11-Feb-2020 at TRIJAL TVS located in Hopefarm, Whitefield, Bengaluru. And now bike is not getting started due to battery is not functioning properly and it's not even year old and Bike brought it in same showroom & all services done in same showroom.
On 15-Jan-2021 I visited the Showroom and reported,
They said that they need to recharge the battery and i dropped may bike and came.
On 16-Jan-2021 From Service center they have called me saying that bike is ready and you can come and collect and quickly i have been there to pick up the bike. They made me to wait for some time and they went and started the bike and it was not starting.
They came to me and said battery is gone, we need to replace the battery and he did mentioned specifically EXIDE BATTERY.
further, One guy asked me to show the RC card to check the vehicle purchase date i was not having it and I have showed him in Digi-locker and in digi locker the date wasn’t appearing and he's saying that why are you not carrying the RC card and then how do i check the vehicle purchase date. i have asked them to check in their system and he's saying they have lot of work. Thank god after few mins he did checked in their system.
Post that same guy asked me to give RC & Insurance to claim the battery warranty and i was not carried the same and it wasn't necessary to carry to get the bike service done.
They have confirmed that battery replacement will take 10 to 15 days’ time and
Post that I have asked them to give me temporary battery until new battery replaces and they have not agreed and I have decided to left my vehicle until it get repairs.
After few mins One guy came to me and told that the BATTERY is not EXIDE brand and actual BATTERY brand is TATA. Technician by miss he had told you. And for TATA we do have vendor and we will replaced it within 3 days.
Finally,
On 20-Jan-2020, till now i haven't received the call from service center so I have sent my brother to check the vehicle status and they have told him that it will take 15 days to get the stock.
I have contacted through call the service center manager ( the contact number found in Waiting room near service center)
and he's not responded properly.
Seriously i don't know what else to do.
Guys, please help me to get the proper service for my bike and here the communication is very poor at this service center, and they do speak rashly.
