This is to inform you that I gave my bike to TVS service center Date: 17/4/2023 in branch TRIJAL MOTORS, Near HopeFarm junction. Bangalore 560066

The following are the complaints I have informed the technician to check before handing over the bike:
1.Sound variation
2.Clutch
3.Engine pulling one side
They delivered the bike to me on Date:18/4/2023 at Time: 13:13
They also informed me that all the complaints have been checked and the bike is perfect now without any issues.
When I drove the bike back to home from the service center I found that none of the complaints were addressed and the tone of the bike had been completely changed along with smoke started emitting like anything which was not there before.
This is a very poor and ridiculous service which has never happened to me before.
When I called them and enquired or left the bike back to the service center they told me that engine work has to be to sort other issues, which they should have informed me before, rather than informing me after delivering the bike.
I had to take leave for a day to get my bike serviced. But the condition of the bike is too bad now after the service.
This was just a waste of time for me to fight with the technician who was very rude.
I still have the below issues:
1 Sound remains same.
2 Smoke emitting started very badly which was not there earlier.
Note: The service people has not even bothered to share anything until delivering the vehicle where they created other issues than the one I left for. Finally trying to blame as change the vehicle where vehicle has just ran 59081 Kms only.
Can you iterate me if is this sort of Marketing by forcing us to change the vehicle or engineer without knowledge is handling the vehicle service.
I hope this email reaches the right person who can help me sort out the issues mentioned above.
