I was traveling form Shahjahanpur to Mohan Nagar on the date 05th july 2018 by bus number-up27t4460, and the conductor of the bus Badly talk everyone in the bus, and he also take wrong charge for ticket. He was sleeping in bus and abusing in to passengers. He stopped bus to wrong place for his convenient. I want that, Please take action as per rules against him. I will very thankful to you.
