[Resolved]  U. P. S. R. T. C — Cheated by bus ticket booking after that getting down from the bus midnight with 1yr old kid, 2ladies, 2 gents at night 12' o clock on the road

Booked the bus ticket from Hyderabad KPHB to Pune, 4 tickets in Sahara Travels on 28/12/2014 using goibibo.com. Ticket booked fare charged 800 per person. Received confirmation message. We have catched the bus on 29/12/2014 at KPHB by 11.30pm(AP233636 Sahara Travels), after reached some place at the time of 12.05am bus conductor/cleaner asked to get down from the bus. We asked them for the reason they replied as the bus which you are booked that bus is not this you can called to right person asked for that. But here the problem is the reference phone numbers they provided on booked ticket message, no one is lifting up the call and manager number is switched off after driver discussed about the issue. Conductor forcefully getting down us (2ladies, 1Yr old kid, 2 gents) on the road at 12' 0 clock. Where we need to go with 1yr old kid and 2 ladies at midnight? We lost time, money and cheated finally. WE NEED JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS. Thanks & Regards, Ramalakshmi.
