U. P. S. R. T. C — deducted amount was overcharged even though ticket not has been booked

Hello UPSRTC team,

I tried calling you at support team [protected], several times but got irrespective response . And toll free number was after listening my issue said wait and cut down the call[protected]

I messaged to what app complaint number [protected] but same response iresposive. Faced pathetic service.

Issue is I did not get confirmation of booking and even I m charged 2244 rs for 374 rs ticket for one person. I booked ticket from Kanpur to Jhansi bus (AC3*2) at 18:15 through https://www.upsrtconline.co.in.

1)-I did not get any confirmation mail or sms not even in upsrtc website.
2)-I got over charged 2244 rs for 1 ticket although the price was shown 374rs.

Please Find attachment for the same.

Please resolve this ASAP.
