Uber — Double Charge and not providing their contact details

Hi Team,

I used uber service while booking the Auto on 5th May 2022. Actual initial trip cost is Rs. 89 but I have paid by cash to the driver Rs. 120 since it was shown the amount Rs. 120 on Uber app after completion of the trip. The amount in the app was shown again the initial cost Rs. 89 after paid. Hence, I have paid extra Rs. 30 due to the incorrect amount displayed in the app. And, when I have raised the issue with Uber team, they are asking to pay an additional of Rs. 59/- instead of reverting back the amount Rs. 30/- which I was supposed to get back.

Please look into this issue and do the needful ASAP. One more thing, which is really frustrating is being unable to contact your team over the phone or email since nowhere is found in your app or website.
