Availing uber service(specially uber moto) is not at all a pleasurable experience for riders.
Low point o[censored]ber moto:
1. The drivers are mostly unprofessional. It is understood that it will rain in monsoon, but these amateurish service providers enjoy to keep their passengers waiting for long till the rain stops falling. Simply ridiculous. On 11th june'21, i was kept waiting for over an hour(5pm to 6.13 pm) for drizzle by the driver before he finally decided to cancel the trip. Initially he requested me not to cancel the trip. In such case, who is being harassed?
2. The subsequent drivers who got the same booking from the system demanded for additional money, refusing which they cancelled the same trip from their end.
3. The 4th driver went a step further by not complying to the request and unnecessarily uttering abusive words prior cancellation of the booking from his end as well.
4. The ride finally initiated after a one hour forty five minutes ordeal and harassment at 6.45 pm(11th june'21).
5. Going through such harassment i intended to get in touch with uber company to register my complaint, but only ended up with a dejection to find that there is no such options available for the rider to register their grievances.
Conclusion: poor overall service o[censored]ber moto with no standards observed by self(as a consumer) and no option for customers to communicate their experiences/feedback/grievance to uber apart from the predefined options set by the company.
