Uber India — Amount is kept on hold and not credited back even after not taking any rides

Dear Team

I required Uber Auto on 2Nov morning and I selected option paytm before taking the ride. So after waiting for 15min and it displayed no autos, but my money of Rs100 was put on hold. Again I started searching again, but it displayed like no sufficient fund in paytm. So again I added 100 and started searching again. But again Rs100 was kept on hold and found no autos. So finally I have not taken any Uber rides. But still my money 100+100=Rs 200 is still kept on hold. It's been 2 days, the money is not credited to my account
