Uber India — charged incorrectly for wait period

I booked a cab today morning and based on the drop and pickup location estimate the fare was rs.384 (This included surge as the regular fare for this trip is rs. 220).
On completing the trip i was charged rs.470, on inquiring i was told that there was a wait time of 1.83 minutes. So effectively you charged me rs. 100 for 2 minutes of wait i. E. 25% inc.in fare.
Now as no change in pickup location, drop location nor did we encounter any out of the ordinary traffic, if anything the time taken was less than my usual time.
