1). While booking for a trip, uber app showed a failure of paytm payment for trip to devanahalli for ₹772.38 on[protected].
2). On enquiry uber wanted screenshot by mail, which was sent.
3). Uber informed failure was actually for a trip on 23rd feb.
4). Paytm passbook entry showing payment made was sent for trip of 23rd feb
5). Uber apolized and advised to delete the app and reinstal through their website as the error is due to technical snag. This was done.
6). During booking for uber on today 28th, same failure message was shown and the matter refered to uber.
7). Now uber is informing that it is for a trip undertaken by friend or relative using my account. This is impossible as no one has access to my account.
8). Uber says the charge cannot be reversed.
9). Informed them that i refuse to accept their views and will look for legal remedy. Was this information helpful? |
