I have booked cab for picking up my parents and Many drivers Cancelled the Ride as it is Online payment.
At last the last driver too asked for money for that trip and its already too late for my parents to stay there i have said i will pay in cash and after reaching the destination i have picked my parents and paid cash.
But uber is not allowing to remove the due for the trip and asking me to pay again before booking another trip.
Have tried to reach customer support multiple times still they ask me to pay the amount again. Which is unacceptable.
They dont have control over the drivers cancelling the ride for online payment but inturn they are asking me to pay twice for one trip. Was this information helpful? |
