I was sending a package through uber connect on 13/1/22 and it was send on 7:49 in the evening and it was supposed to reach the destination on 8:15-8:20. But it didn't reach the destination and the driver showed the the trip was completed. We've been trying to call the driver and mail uber but no actions were taken whatsoever. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
