This is to bring to your notice that, while customers are unfairly charged for cancellation there is no provision in your app to charge those drivers who accept to give a ride and cancel in the last minute when the customer is in dire need of a ride . Why the bias? Your drivers need to be charged too for unfairly cancelling in the last minute and wasting our time. I am highly disappointed with Uber drivers. They are unreliable. They call after accepting a customers request and then decide whether or not they want to give the ride. Jungle laws!
