Uber India — double charging the customer and refusing to refund

Every time i have taken the service, i have faced some of the other issue. The latest being had to pay the amount twice. The driver asked to pay the amount and the amount was deducted from my uber credit account as well. When i asked for the refund they say that last time it happened they made an exception but can't do it this time! Why doesn't their system show that the charge is being deducted from the uber credit account and that the customer to pay would be 0! I hate to use the service but have to take it as they do refund the amount in credit account.
I believe this is the reason people prefer ola than uber.
