I am really upset with uber service in mumbai india. Every time i book cab, driver sends msg for destination details and immediately rejects the request. Worst part is that there is no mechanism to raise complaints. Today on 22nd august, i booked cab. Uber is literally lootong with double charges under high demand category and even if i am ready to pay, driver cancelled the ride. He was close to pick up point and i got down with my family as we were in hurry but he cancelled and we had to wait for next cab on road and this insane uber ppl do not even has ways to complaint under this situation Was this information helpful? |
