On 28 Dec 21 1400 hrs, I booked uber auto Bajaj RE Maxima from Chennai Central to VGP Marine Kingdom. My default payment mode was selected as Amazon Pay wallet. After completion of trip the amount 300.82 deducted from my wallet but the driver asked for cash 300 rs stating he did not received online payment from uber. I showed him my transactions details but he refused to accept. He insisted me to contact customer care. I tried the same thorough phone and email but uber was unreachable. I submitted feedback stating same through uber app but uber did not contact me till day. The driver started shouting and insisted on cash payment. As I was with my family and on vacation to Chennai first time. The driver was speaking in Tamil language and I was not able to understand him. I have him 300 through phone pay. The screenshot of same is attached. I want 300 refund from uber for the trip.
