I usually book Uber AC cabs for our comfortable journey.
On Saturday 23rd October 2021, I booked a cab for travelling from South Dumdum to Noapara at 3:53 pm. The cab's AC was off when I told the Driver to switch on the act he simply denied saying "Sir, AC on nahi karenghe oil ka daam bhaut bad gaya hai".
This is not one incident, it's happening regularly.
Please Uber add some extra fare to the total as it's too difficult to travel without ac.
Hope you understand the problem of passengers and will take some action.
