I had booked Uber…the driver called to ask drop and pick up point and the amount that is shown on the app…he asked if I have cash or gpay…I told I will pay in cash…then he said sorry and didn’t come….
This is the second time it is happening…I told him to cancel the ride and the fault is from his side…he has not yet cancelled…
A similar event occurred to me last time too…when the driver finally cancelled the ride, I ended up paying extra money…why is this? Was this information helpful? |
