This is a complaint regarding your driver naveen (Chevrolet beat) from bajwa. Is this how we supposed to get treated? Do they have the right to talk to us in such manner? How could you possibly take such ill - mannered people in your company. And who give them the right to talk to us disrespectfully?
Naveen was audacious enough to insult my 53 year old mother. If this is how you are selling your product with the tag line of "apni gaadi"? It is contrary to what we have experienced today.
Your driver was supposed to enter from gate no.1 of our society to pick my mother, rather he took a different route and that gate is forbidden for outsiders and cab drivers. And usually they know this. But naveen argued standing on that gate and complaining that they are not letting him enter through that gate. We cannot possibly argue with the rules and the regulations set by an authority. My mother asked him through gate no.1. His reply was "aap gate no. 3 par aajao". To this my mother replied "aapko gate no. 1 se aana padega". He said i will not drive for extra 3 kms to pick you up. How could you ask someone to walk when the person has a broken ankle?
To this my mother replied that you should than cancel the ride if you are not willing to come.
He even threatened my mother saying he will register a complaint!
I want a revert as soon as possible.
