The incident took place on 28 november 2021. we (my mom, my brother, me) booked a cab from IGI T3 to take us to our house. behaviour of the driver was so rude throughout. the fare when we booked the cab was 704INR to which it rose up to 922INR till we reached our destination. In between the fare changed from 704INR to 822INR to which we asked the driver what is this going on? He did not respond politely, and obviously there was a verbal argument involved. He immediately stopped the car before we reached our destination. We agreed to pay him 822INR on the condition that he will drive us to home. He refused to do so. We then, changed the destination, and payed him a total of 922INR when we reached our house. The behaviour of the driver from the start of this drive was rude. He did not give us any contact to reach out to UBER. This attitude of the driver is really not acceptable and I hope he does not repeat this attitude with any other passenger travelling and relying on UBER for a fun ride.
