On Sunday(25th Jul) I booked for a cash trip in Chennai for Rs. 361.05 and at the end of the trip, the driver was showing lesser amount (Rs. 200+) than what I booked for. At the same time, in my phone it was showing that payment failed. I got confused and did not know what to do and was in hurry for my appntmnt and hence, paid cash (as shown in my phone Rs. 361.05) to the Driver to resolve the issue from his side. Later, I raised this a few times with helpdesk to resolve ‘pending charge’ notification in my uber account, but did not get anything useful. When I spoke to Driver, he could not help anything.
On 28th Jul morning, I paid the same amount Rs. 361.05 again through paytm for the same trip in order to clear the notification and to book further rides. I have paid double the amount (Rs. 722.10) in total for the same trip, but am not getting any help to get my extra cash refunded.
Really feeling frustrated and losing my confidence with Uber, as it is very difficult to get any support for being a loyal rider. Was this information helpful? |
