I had been charged twice for one ride.
First charge was against my corporate credit card, but it shown failed payment in mail which i get from uber, hence in Uber app payment was showing as outstanding, so i cleared that amount thru my paytm account.
Later on, thru my credit card company notification i got to know that even the first payment thru my credit card has also been done & paid to uber...
Now 2 issues.
1. I need refund of my second payment thru paytm, which i did, after Uber's
information that first payment not done.
2. i need corrected invoice for the first payment which i did thru my credit card, since it was a payment thru corporate credit card, and i need invoice for the same to settle that expense with my company.
3. i need a compensation against the harassment which i faced in last 1 week
from Uber support team, i was sending mails to them with payment screen shots and full incident details given above, but they were not even seeing my
documents, nor verifying them and just writing same line of reverts and
documents like robots. I was asking specific need to documents, types or format, but they were just replying that same revert with copy paste mode. After a continuous chase i warned them to file FIR if they not resolve the things, they stopped replying my mails, and later again same robotic replies as was there in first mail.
