On 30th November 2021 I booked a cab from Uber app from Delhi airport at terminal 3 to Rohini sector 16 at that time the app showed me fare of ₹940 so I booked the cab and when I reached my location the app showed me fare of ₹3000 which was not at all relevant and the driver just asked for that money and said that he can do nothing and told to file a complaint on the app and also said that if the fair is not reasonable then we will get our extra money back in the app wallet and I filed a complaint and now it’s about 24hr I have filed complaint and I have not received any of the messages from the company yet and when I again called the driver he said that he can do nothing.
I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed after watching this that such a big company has no customer care number or anything where I can call and ask for help I’m sick and tired of this problem kindly acknowledge this as soon as possible Was this information helpful? |
