Uber India — I am complaining about driver

Hi sir/madam,
Please assist to me for request to refund my amount, yesterday we planed trip to go to thandalam in kundrathur but driver dropped my family in kundrathur i have clearly mention thandalam place and before booking this drive i have booked two drivers they cancel my drip, then for that how do u credit me money... Please refund my amount.
