Hello myself Tarun Ramchandra Annavarapu, i m Bhiwandi (thane, Maharashtra). I used uber daily to reach office in midnight which we dont have public transport, so one day(march 16, early morning at 3'15) i booked uber, i forget my mobile in the cab on that day, i tried to my number soo many times on that same time and tried to contact driver too.. i tried to contact uber after so many days now i got reply from uber like they are not responsible for that, if driver didnt get that whatever missed the customer property then why they are not giving next customer details after my trip which i m asking which they found that property. How uber say this they are responsible for this, i trusted them and we used we pay and they ae answering like this. Was this information helpful? |
