I took a ride on Dec 5th - (TS30TA1186). Trip charges showed 190.00 and communicated the same to the driver while boarding it. further, I have communicated that uber credit for 50.00 will be applied and I would have to paid only 140.00 for the trip. He was surprize to know that and said digital payments delay the process and unsure how uber credit will be applied here. Upon reaching the destination, he stated trip is 190.00 only and uber credit didn't got applied. I was shocked to here that and didn't wanted to urge further as he said you have check with the Company as he can't do further. So, I paid the trip amount. Later, when I'm raising the concern on the app, I don't see any response or any query getting raised for it even after multiple ways trying to rasie the concern. Please check and do the needful.
