Uber India — I paid full money in cash but its showing outstanding amount

I used Uber on 12th Oct and paid full teip
money in cash. But while i am trying to book iber for my next trip, app is showing that i have outstanding money to pay.

My phone no is [protected] from which i booked uber. Pls check and resolve and clear the outstanding amount.
