Uber India — Inordinate delay by Driver

I booked a cab on[protected] at around 2115 hours from T.Nagar, Chennai to my residence. Cab was confirmed stating 10 minutes waiting time. But immediately, it changed to 23 minutes waiting time. Though, I waited for nearly 30 minutes, the driver could not come to my location. He could not locate my pick up location through the map. Instead, he called me from some other place and finally could not reach my place. After waiting more than 30 minutes, I proceeded to my residence by paying Rs.700/- which is more than the rate o[censored]ber. Further, I am shocked to see that you have levied penalise amount of Rs.58.67 on me which is arbitrary, unjustified. In fact you have to compensated by Rs.140/- for wasting nearly 30 minutes and hiring another vehicle. Hope you will cancel Rs.58.67 levied against me. Reply may be given on my mail id.
