Uber India — Item not delivered, status shows delivered not able to contain either the driver nor uber for any help support

Sent a parcel from Marol Andheri to Goregaon which is not delivered this was sent today at 5 p.m. (13.04.2022), The delivery status shows delivered but the parcel has not reached the client till now i.e. at 7 p.m. Not able to contact the uber driver for lack of his contact Number or customer support from Uber
