Uber India — Looting of customers by asking double payments

On 28th December we booked a cab on cash trip, where we can pay driver by cash or UPI payment or payment or any mode. We have done cash payment. But driver has not confirmed the receipt. Now Uber is asking us to pay once again. We tried to register complaint but there is no such options in Uber. They don't have proper support system which they should have 24x7 as it involves the security of customers. After trying for three days we finally could manage to do chatting with their customer care, but they are asking us to pay once again instead of checking with their driver if he has received money. This is cheating of customers. Why we should pay twice. We have the Google pay details with us . Uber is not even asking for any proof of payment from us. They are asking us to make one more payment. This is looting of customers.
