Uber India — my mobile taken by cab driver | |||||
I have missed to take my mobile set from uber cab which was connected to charging cord and kept between the 2 front seats near the gear handle. I started my journey from a3, runwal estate, ghodbandar road, thane west at around 1:55 pm today and ended at koperkhairane at around 3:03 pm. My uber id is registered with number [protected] On contacting one of the customer support number o[censored]ber from my friend number, their representative were not able to support me at all and in fact when i asked to let me talk to their supervisor she just denied. Post that i kept calling on my mobile set till 4:10 pm from numerous of my friends but no driver didn't received it and later switched off it. Since driver and cab details were in that mobile which i can't access other than the mobile set, hence i am not able to contact driver. I have sent mail to [protected]@uber.com which customer care person asked me to sent, but so far there is no revert. Was this information helpful? | |||||
