Very disappointed to inform you that i had a ride on 10-aug-2017. The driver, jagadeesh (Swift dzire) had behaved very rudely. I asked him to take u-turn and go straight, in the map also it was showing the same. However, he did not see map and later he was blaming and scolding me. When i tried to settle the matter, he raised his voice, threatened me to keep shut my mouth. This is really not acceptable and i am going to file a petition against uber. Immediately, i raised an emergency alert also. It was entirely disturbing and horrifying experience for me. The time for us to boycott uber.
Second incident, on monday 21-aug-2017 morning i have booked uberpool and i was waiting for the car. Later, i got a sms saying the driver has cancelled the ride. Immediately, i booked another ride as i was late for the office. The payment was showing as 79 rs. However, after completing the trip the driver asked me to pay extra 42 rs. Upon asking why, i got to know that 42 rs. Is the cancellation charge for the first ride i booked. Now the question is: when i got a sms saying my ride is cancelled why will i pay for it?
