This is my second complaint with uber for the same problem. I haven't received any reply /action yet.
Every time i book a ride with uber, if i select paytm option, my booking shows error in the payment. It forces me to compulsorily select cash payment.
Does this mean the passengers have to carry loads of cash to utilize the service. Uber doesn't stand it's purpose of cash free travel!!!
I request you to rectify this issue at your earliest and stop the inconvenience caused.
