Uber India — Over Priced Uber Cab ride after booking

Booked Uber cab from IGI airport to Ghaziabad .
Before taking ride the price was Rs 852 but after the ride completed than it came Rs 1498.

Than driver insisted me to give the the same so i paid him Rs 1500.
I want my extra money that is rs650 to be refunded to me .
Also raised this complaint on Uber app but no revert obtained from last 48 hours
