Hi, yesterday (Ie) 28th sep i made a trip from express avenue to my home. I don't remember the payment mode i had selected. At the end of the trip the driver told me that the trip amount appeared to him as rs356/- and i paid him the amount by cash itself to him. Today when i was trying to make a fresh booking i was shocked to see my outstanding payment for yesterday's as rs423/-. I tried get the matter resolved by contacting your customer service division but they don't understand the issue and repeat that i have the outstanding. I contacted the driver and checked with him. He confirmed the amount collected from me and says that the amount would appear on his screen only if it is a cash payment. I request you to resolve this issue.
